High School Vocational Testing Group Session

Are you a high school student wanting to learn more about your aptitude, personality, values, and future career interests? Gain information about your personal characteristics so you can better plan for your high school courses and future post-secondary studies. The outcome of this 3-hour session can help you identify and evaluate career and post-secondary education options, summer employment, work-study programs, and volunteer opportunities.

In-house group sessions are ideal for students who:

  • Prefer a personal approach to testing environments
  • Prefer an immediate response to questions
  • Experience English as a second language
  • Require special accommodations or have an IEP

You will complete four paper and pencil assessments. A review session will be scheduled so that you can meet with a professional CareerWorks counsellor within a week to 10 days following testing. In the confidential 60-minute meeting, our counsellors will discuss your assessment results and create an action plan. Students are encouraged to bring parents to join in the private review session.

Group testing sessions take place every few months. Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot!
