We’re thrilled to have helped thousands of adults and teens navigate the world of career planning—from choosing the best path for their education, to making smart, strategic choices in their work lives. We also take great satisfaction in helping organizations bring out the best in their most important resource: their people. And we love hearing that our team members have made a real difference to individuals who have needed career counselling and executive coaching.
SINCE 1973
OUR HISTORY
CareerWorks began in 1973, first as the UBC Women’s Resource Centre, then ultimately as UBC Life and Career Planning, where we offered a variety of education and vocational assessments, leadership coaching and workshops on a variety of topics to both individuals and organizations from our headquarters at Robson Square in Vancouver. In 2018, we branched out on our own, separate from UBC, and rebranded as CareerWorks.
CAREERWORKS TEAM
The professional counsellors, coaches, and workshop facilitators at CareerWorks support and guide you in assessing your skills, interests and strengths to help you achieve your personal and career goals.
